I just wanted to post a few pics from this year’s Pennsylvania Wine & Food Festival. It was our first year as food vendors and .. despite the downpour that accompanies every Sauced event .. we had an incredible weekend! Our menu included a beef and fresh mozzarella au jus sandwich with a roasted garlic aioli and, for all those veggie friends we have out there, a mushroom and brie panini with arugula pesto and white truffle. YUM! It was definitely a risk, creating a non-carnival-themed menu, but it absolutely paid off. Our tent brought something new to the Winefest .. and it was a hit! Just ask that guy who came back for a THIRD sammy
